Quality Policy

BISZ Központi Hitelinformációs Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság is a private company limited by shares, established by Hungarian financial institutions in 1994, and currently 100% owned by GIRO Elszámolásforgalmi Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. In its Resolution 2566/1999, the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (HFSA) designated the Company for the operation of the Central Credit Information System, defined under the Credit Institutions Act. BISZ Zrt. is responsible for building and operating the Central CCIS is a closed-structure database, the objective of which is to promote credit risk mitigation for the purpose of extending a more varied approach of judging creditworthiness and, indirectly, the lending activities, as well as making the operation of the Reference Data Providers sounder.

BISZ Zrt. intends to continuously provide high-quality services to the Reference Data Providers in compliance with the statutory regulations. We have up-to-date information about the requirements of the Reference Data Providers, consequently, we continuously seek quality solutions and more effective work methods.

Continuous quality improvement is a major element of successful operation, which helps satisfying the requirements towards the organisation. Consequently, we are developing our services to satisfy the statutory requirements and the requirements of the Reference Data Providers as much as possible.

BISZ Zrt. takes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Reference Data Provider are satisfied with its services, therefore it continuously evaluates the efficiency of our relations and identify areas for improvement.

Our company operates aquality control system in compliance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard. This system is continuously developed in the interest of our Reference Data Providers. We expect our suppliers to approve our quality requests and comply with the requirements set by us.

The competence, commitment to quality and motivation of the people providing the service are another factor significantly influencing quality, therefore, we provide opportunities and also set a requirement for each of our employees to participate in educational training and further training programmes and also encourage them to build close and positive internal working relationships. We also pay attention to the development of the capabilities of our employees, because they determine the relationship with the Reference Data Providers and also the quality of services.

The management of BISZ Zrt. is committed to the achievement of the objectives laid down in the quality policy and expects all its employees to work in compliance with the documents of the quality control system.
