The operations of BISZ Zrt. and the use of the Central Credit Information System are based on and regulated by applicable laws. These are as follows:
- Act CXII of 1996 (Credit Institutions Act)
on Credit Institutions and Financial Enterprises, which defines the rules relating to the operation and use of the Central Credit Information System; - Act CXX of 2001 (Capital Markets Act)
on Capital Markets, which contains data processing rules relevant to the CCIS; - Act CXXXVIII of 2007 (Investment Companies Act)
on the Regulations regarding the Activities of Investment Companies and Commodity Exchange Service Providers as well as the Scope of their Activities, which contains data processing rules relevant to the CCIS; - Government Decree 361/2009 (XII.30.) Korm.
on the Requirements for Prudent Consumer Lending and the Assessment of Creditworthiness, which contains the obligation for creditors to query the credit information system which they access.
